Throughout my life, I have felt a natural calling toward the spiral.
It began through figure skating, where movement, rotation and balance became a physical exploration of finding my center.
Over time, this curiosity led me to the teachings of Gurdjieff, the whirling traditions of the dervishes, and the study of the mind and the recurring patterns and cycles of life.
I later studied contemporary whirling with a teacher from Turkey and travelled to South Africa to immerse myself in days of silence and conscious movement.
Through these experiences, the spiral became much more than a movement of the body.
It became a living exploration of our human experience: how we move through familiar patterns, how easily we become identified with them, and how awareness allows us to recognize the still center within movement.
Each experience brought me closer to understanding my purpose, not simply as an idea of the mind, but as a deeper inner knowing.
